For those that liked the coldain shawl quest

There have been 7 of them solved so far (each part of the quest involves being at least around 220 in each tradeskill). So, once you read the one above, click on #2 under "Related quests" and move up progressively from there.

The reward for the last solved one, which is the one that involves Fletching is this:

RUNED SIGNET (Earring)
AC +15, Str/Sta/Agi/Dex/Wis/Int +15, Magic/Fire/Cold/Poison/Disease +10 Hps/Mana +100
Effect: Hps Regen 3 per tick

Is this a bunch of quests that you have to do in order. Or can i just do the fletching one?

The way I read it..you have to do it in order since each one requires the signet from the one before. We also have to have plane of fire flags to do it.

This unfortunately is the multiple Grandmaster quest. If you haven't spend all those nice AAs to get more than one Grand mastery, the guy won't even talk to you.

And more importantly, look at the flags you have to have just to start this quest.
