Quote: | Six dragons defied the Council of the Ancient Dragons of the Nest and chose to create a new race to protect their future. The Drakkin are borne of humans touched by a dragon's blood and their colors and appearance represent the dragon who created them. Rapidly aging and reaching maturity in only months, the Drakkin forget their human beginnings and make their pilgrimage to Crescent Reach, the home of their dragon creators and the rest of their kind.
Features:
- New Player Race: The Drakkin have been created from human and dragon blood to protect the future of all dragon kind.
- Level Cap Increase: Players can now reach level 75 complete with new spells, abilities, raids and quests with greater power.
- Level 1 to 75 Content: Reach every level of the game without leaving the Serpent Spine Mountains.
- New Starting City: Crescent Reach is a fully functioning city with all that is required to learn and thrive in EverQuest, including merchant, quest, combat and tradeskill areas.
- More auras, traps, destructible and interactive objects.
- New spells, Alternate and Leadership Advancement Abilities. |
Dragons and humans I would have thought they'd go for wood elves _________________ Gildawen |

Anyone can be "Puff the Magic Dragon." All you need is a quarter bag and a few "Jackie Papers" and you too can love your magic puff!!!

I did beta of WoW, but wasn't up to the time commitment of online gaming since my son was born [ 3 years ago, which is when I quit playing EQ hardcore].
I have recently begun playing EVE online, which takes place in space. Everyone's toon is represented by the ships they are flying, and it's all PVP, so if you leave high sector safe areas, you're in for a world of hurt. But it's fun, and I can do it without a huge time commitment. I did join a Corporation there though [same as EQ Guilds], so we'll see if I can keep my head above water with family and game!
You'll see me in Vanguard when it releases though. Can't wait for that. OH, and HELLO everyone. I miss all the old crew! /wave
