If you use a video card with the NVIDEA GeForce Chip, they have released new drivers, click HERE to download them.
Keeping your video drivers up-to-date often helps your games to run smoother.

I'd be cautious with it. All of the three most recent nVidia drivers have screwed up EQ (for me and for a lot of others apparently) and I've had to use the fourth one back (after a couple hours working with tech support). Hopefully this one fixes the problem, but I'll wait to hear from others first this time.
