Turttle chez cake is yummers gras .. has carmel, nuts, and choclate chips there is nothing like New York chesee cake. Cherries is a must.

Firstly.. unless you live in the north east you dont know what cheese cake is.. you never will... evidence of this is that you'd put nuts and carmel and such on top of your cheese cake. Thats just gross. Real NEW YORK cheese cake can NOT have any toppings because its so freaking dense that one more item of food on it would be too much. Philly cheesecake is best with blueberries (I noticed that is not on you list) Or cherries (also snubbed from your list). It is a little lighter than its northern counterpart, a little more whipped but 9" cheesecake from Olgas dinner still weighs near 10 pounds. And dont even get me STARTED on Ricotta pie man.. /drool

Perhaps I take my cheesecake a LITTLE to seriously man... but you would to if you lived in Jersey... and had an ass as big as mine (due to cheesecake... and mcdonalds egg nog milkshakes MAN i love christmas)
