Unable to Upload pics for Avatar and Albums from computer

Only able to use avatar from my host website and not able to just upload it from my computer. Also not able to upload pics into personal Gallery.

Hmm, well... the avatar upload seemed to work.

Is your avatar under all the limitations?
Less than or equal to 1 MB
Less than or equal to 150 pixels in height
Less tahn or equal to 80 pixels in width

P.S. If your image is under those dimensions and even approaches 1 megabyte, there's something seriously wrong.

Nope, i still tried in both avatar and personal galleries. For the avatar i have to use the url link.

Hmm, well.. I'll take a look around. It's tons more difficult when I can't duplicate the error. Is the page timing out on you, or are you getting permission denied, or what?

no the page is fine. I'm going to try something different. Upload the pics from a different computer or the network. The computer's harddrive that has the pics is acting funny. But i dunno. It says it uploads the pics but on my end it show the box with the red X in it

Well, I recently reinforced the permissions on the upload directories. They have to be a tad different than the rest of the site's structure in order to work properly. If there were any problems because of the write permissions on the upload location, it's been fixed. Try it again from your original location and see if you're able to duplicate it.
