MULTI GUILD RAID invitation for Walkers

FIRST RAID TO BE HELD >>> SATURDAY, MAY 1st <<<

Greetings my fellow adventurers !! Your guild has been selected to participate in regularly scheduled RAID EVENTS that will take place every Saturday at 2pm EST. Any or all members of your Guild are welcome to attend.

For those that are interested in LARGE raids, I am thinking 72 ppl, possibly up to 144 ppl. Yes, this means 2 raids will need to be formed, but there is no harm in extra DPS. These are FOR FUN RAIDS, that have the possibility of getting Elemental and Time Flags, for those casual players and small guilds, that make up so much of EQ.

Leaders and Officers, please use your Message of the Day, and Website, to make this Event known to as many players as possible, so we can get a good turn out.

As long as all guilds here continue to attend these RAIDS in the spirit of fun and friendship they will continue to be welcomed. Also, more guilds may be added later. This Charter, can always be found on the Concordant Synergy website, www.csguild.net in the Friends Section, to verify what guilds are currently invited to these raids.

This is NOT a PICKUP RAID, you must bear a Guild TAG, from a guild that has been invited to participate in these MULTI GUILD RAIDS. NO EXCEPTIONS !!!

LV 55 is the min Lv for these Raids.
Doc EQ says "If you're not Lv 55, get a couple of Levels and call me in the morning."
These RAIDS will eventually move to higher level zones most likely, so getting your Flags/Levels fairly soon would be helpful.

1. These Raids are to have FUN. That is the true main target of these Raids, if that doesn't appeal to you /BOGGLE please don't join.

2. The Raid will meet at the Ak Anon stone at each SATURDAY 2pm EST, and depart for action at 2:30pm EST. >>ALL PLZ JOIN CHANNEL MGR<<

3. Each Guild attending will have ONE SPOKESPERSON, you choose your own Guilds Spokesperson by 2:05pm or you forfeit your Voting Rights. >>SPOKESMAN ONLY JOIN CHANNEL MGRVOTE<<

4. At 2:10pm a quick vote is held by the SPOKESPEOPLE ( 1 VOTE per Guild Spokesman) to choose a RAID LEADER, after each has presented any information about what targets they are interested in, and or any information about their leadership quallities. Any TIE is settled with /RANDOM 100. Perhaps this raid leader will be awfull, the Raid will find out soon enough.

5. Once a RAID LEADER has been selected, the LEADER will choose a TARGET/S, and manage the RAID from here on out. They can choose ANY TARGET/S. Whether it be camping for a Cleric EPIC in CHARDOK, getting planar FLAGS, killing TUNARE, ANYTHING. Again, FUN is the goal, not getting something out of it for your own character. If there is a level requirement for a zone that the Leader targets, those not meeting those requirements, would need to disband at this point. Same with Flags.

*Please show SUPPORT and RESPECT for the LEADER. This may be their first time Leading, so don't give them a hard time. Also, only the LEADER can choose Targets, not Spokespeople.

6. Good Behavior, will be enforced by ALL SPOKESPEOPLE and the LEADER. You will be allowed one warning for bad behavior, bad language, or not following directions. The next time, you will be DISBANDED from the RAID that day. You can participate next week if you wish.

7. PHAT LOOTS:

LOOT ROLLS TO BE DONE USING /RANDOM 1000
All DROPPABLE loot:
Every hour the ML will list out all the LOOT, a SINGLE ROLL is conducted and the top rolls all make their choices. Same method used in virtually any xp group. Everyone has ALTS, everyone NEEDS platnium, so you can choose any item that has dropped, regardless of whether or not you can use it. We are not raiding for the purpose of equiping poorly equiped characters. We encourage you to bring your best or strongest character to the raid.

NO DROP items will be rolled on, only by those that can use it. You can NOT roll for the purpose of Multi-Questing.

You can win multiple LOOTS during the raid, there is no limit to how much loot you can win.

NO LOOT IS ASSIGNED TO ANY ONE PERSON, ie we might be camping for the CLERIC EPIC in CHARDOK, but once that EPIC PIECE drops, ALL CLERICS present can roll on it, if they still need it.

Thank you for the offer Jess, very nice to be sure. I'm sure some Walkers will be happy to attend, it's a nice plan. And if they get out of line you just let me know, I will sic a certain gnome on them.
