Several spells were updated on Lucy but weren't in the patch message for whatever reason.
Int caster Shield line will no longer be overwritten by Focus/Kragg line spells
Paladin epic Fiery Defender's stun effect now caps at level 61 (????????)
Ranger AA Frost Arrows' stun now caps at level 55 at the first level, 61 at the second level, and 65 at the third level. Not useless anymore!
Ranger GoD proc buff Sylvan Call stun now caps at 65
The damage modifiers on the Rogue Sneak Attack line have been upgraded. Assassin's Strike now has a 100% damage modifier rather than 60%
Bootstrutter's Blessing, the Fabled Journeyman's Boots effect, now has a casting message. Prepare for spam on all outdoor raids

The single most important undocumented fix in this patch is that they FIXED THE PALLY HORSE !!!
