Had to manually fix her system because the virus hit her on Saturday before the AV software was updated.
There was also another DLL file in the temp folder that loaded on startup. It was called ihide.dll. I removed it by booting in safe mode and then deleting the file. I then scanned her system while in Safe Mode then rebooted. It came up clean at that point.
I have her system setup to update AV files daily - think I might want to change that to every 12 hours so I don't miss a window.
