This is a category that Bonlainy should win, walking away.
But here's mine: "Mercedes Boy" by Pebbles. I have no idea even why I can remember this stupid song, but I catch myself humming it every once in a while, something like 15 years after it came out. _________________

WTF??? You wound me Whiz.
Hmm, tough one, too many to chose from I think. I guess the song by Melanie, about the new pair of roller skates and new key, don't even remember the name, but it pops into my head WAY too much.
And yes Whiz.....
HAIR OF THE DOG ROCKS!!!

The song that gets me jumping up and down and dancing like a little girl is "In the Middle" by They Might be Giants. Poor Daca had to hear it on repeat every day on the way to work for like a month because it brightened my morning.
You can hear it:

Hrmm. goofy songs. Having grown up in a house where country music was the norm, I imagine that I get a few songs in my head I should probably be ashamed of..
Jerry Reed Singing "When You're Hot You're Hot" occasionally pops into my head, for instance..
Ermm.. I can sing the Dukes of Hazzard theme from beginning to end, does that count? :p |

What is this, some kind of country porn?
Ummmmm, I dunno, I sing lots of goofy songs. Ask Daneloire what they are, he's always complaining that I'm singing something that gets stuck in his head. I can't think of any right now, but I'm sure there are TONS of them. Usually songs are in my head when I wake up and I end up singing them in the shower and on my drive in.
Last night it was "Do you know the muffin man?" but that was his fault for feeding some dorf a billion muffins. _________________

Murrfie/Mortisfortus can attest to this...on our business trips while at breakfast i would unknowingly start whistling 'God Save the Queen'...wtf
Funny thing is Murrfie would be stuck with it in his head the rest of the day, no matter how many times he tried replacing it with the theme from the Dating Game _________________ Aruten Wizard of Walkers |
