Very Irritating Problem

Whenever I zone into the the Bazaar I go LD and crash to server select and that character will not reload.Any other character will load normally But the one that crashed will crash again while it is loading.
My wife and Brieah both have the same problem.Usually the character will load the next day just fine,but not always.The UI doesn't seem to be the problem as my wife as never used anything except the default.
I have reinstalled Luclin,updated video drivers and fiddled with all the settings I can think of.
If anyone could give me any ideas it would be appreciated.
I assume you all know how much help tech support was.

Strangely enough, I found that if you update your test server files, that helps with stuff. Might want to try that.

Are you using any wireless/firewall bridge?
I had this problem behind an intel wireless gateway (even if I was using the wired connection). went away when I moved our of the private net.
