Hmmm. If your texture cache wasn't bugged -- with this face being stretched across an object that was supposed to look different -- I'd say ... decoration VI meant to always have in the zone, but like with most of Luclin, spaced out on it until now?

This was after the texture graphics were fixed (you can see the rocks in the background showing as normal..which they weren't beforehand).
It suddenly appeared yesterday, from what I can figure. |

Might be the equivalent of the podium looking things with books on them in Gfay. Something to do with the planes, but not too sure atm, as I don't have PoP yet.
