What mobs in particular do I have to beat up for components?

You want:

Foraged Morning Dew (lots of them)

Swirling Mist (kill lots of steam/air elementals in Steamfont, Najena, and I've been told the elementals in Twilight Sea now drop them as well)

Essence of Moonlight (drops off random mobs in Mistmoore, but you need to be killing at the entrance of the castle and inside as well -- the ones at the zone don't count -- I've never seen it drop in the graveyard)

I think I have like 17 moonlight on one of my alts so don't worry about this plus I know someone who can solo/clear all of Mistmoore with no problem.

Worry about the foraging and swirling mist more.

You need morning dew to *brew* the moonlight essence and then you need morning dew again to smith the armor so that's why it's such a pain in the ass.
