Interesting thread ....I am curious which part of the US Code that would be used to charge this guy with a felony... Thinking purely constitutionally, a good defense lawyer wouldn't be scared at all of this....hell of a lot of circumstancial there.

Not that it's not immorral ..lol ...it's just that our system of laws is very much greyscale...not black and white <img src=">

You can't legally change stats in EQ with third party program, it violates the EULA.

When will these people learn...

I'm wanting to think he was someone who probably got banned a while back, so he's trying to get an account to play again without having to buy another Razz
