Well, I downloaded the critical updates for Windows XP and it worked. I see the chat room fine now. Thanks for the advice.

When I go into the chat room I get a black box. I can't see anything. Anyone have any ideas?

What browser are you on? If you have an older one, that could be it. Also might not have updated enough Java support.
