wanting to meet up with old friends and to make new ones. After a somewhat extended absense from EQ, I've started playing again now and then. My play time is somewhat limited at the moment due to RL happenings but I have been managing to make it on about once a week, sometimes more.

I'm not what you would term a hardcore player and am not in a huge hurry to join a guild. I completely concur with how your application process proceeds as I truly do believe it is important for both the guild AND the applicant to feel like they mesh. Further, right now what is most important to me is catching up with old friends and making new ones and then maybe go from there.

I enjoy the challenge of a good raid now and then, but it is not the be all and end all and neither is loot where I'm concerned. Having fun and meeting people is what I'm about. And yes, I do like to do quests just to do them now and again. Sometimes just running around getting stuff for tradeskilling or shooting the breeze equals a fun evening.

Little about me - lvl 64, 3/4 way to 65
AA - have EQ/AM3 - won't be doing AA again until have a solid footing into lvl 65
Epic - have Swiftwind but not Earthcaller
Flags - PoJ Trials, Tactics experience only, have Agnarr, but need to do the BoT backflagging.
Play time - I'm on MST. I can usually plan for groups and raids given enough lead time. My time zone will likely be changing to CST in 6-8 mos. - moving to get married depending on where the fiance ends up with a permanent position (Yeah!).
Former Guilds - SCoL and Valiant Souls
And, I like to say Moo. No reason for it, I just do Laughing

On a final note, for those who know me from past SCoL days, I have been a very bad ranger. I have strayed. Yes, I have left the path of the HOLY ABANDONED ORC SHOVEL. Sigh. Who knows, perhaps it might be worth a trip to Lake Rathe to once again pick up the SHOVEL.

Well Jenny, I can honestly say that if there was a vacuum cleaning robot available to live in my house, they would be most welcome.

Interesting. Do you mind if I tell other people: Shiobhan said I you can honestly say that if there was a vacuum cleaning robot available to live in your house they would be most welcome.

By all means go ahead Jenny. Maybe I will get lucky and someone will give me a vacuum cleaning robot.

I have proudly carried my powerful shovel of bonking for almost 3 years now, since I first forayed into the dangerous region where its rumored to exist...and I was alone! /gasp

You inspire me Talv. Methinks it is once again time for me to pick of the ways of the HOLY ABANDONED ORC SHOVEL again. I believe this calls for a venture forth into that feared realm of the Orc camp in Lake Rathe later this eve so that the appropriate bonking can once again resume. BEWARE all ye unbelievers.

Just because you believe it doesn't make it true.

It is with great joy that I share my success of having traversed the perils of the Feerrot, Rathe Mountains and the horrid Orcs of Lake Rathe to answer once again the call of the HOLY ABANDONED ORC SHOVEL. It cries out in my hands once again to be blessed with many bonkings. So /bonk.
