Hello all,

Some of you may remember me as Abinsuran, the wizard.

The schedule has freed up for some MMOing and I was wondering what EQ2 server the Walkers are playing on. I think I have Walkers alumni status but I'd love to see any former guildees out there. I tried WoW but found it didn't appeal to my MMO tastes.

Shiloch? Elyhim? Zahasha? Rudee? Feel free to drop me a line. And a hearty hello to the new Walkers who are carrying the torch of this proud guild.

Huggggggs Ab!

I am still playing EQ and still enjoying it!
Many have moved on, but there is still a small group of old time Walkers around Cool

Vazaelle was moved to Malin Starpyre so this is where we are now playing.
As for EQ2 I have no clue you might want to check the "Other Expansions" section of this forum.
BTW Elyhim got married in RL to his best friends sister and is happy as a clam... but we don't see him anymore. Robaz recently married in RL. but He does still log in regurlary! /cheer Shiloch still maintians this forum for Walkers, but hasn't been able to play for months due to busy work. Tyranimus is now Walkers Guild Leader! Cool

and Umm Amicus is UBER!!!!!!!!

Zahasha! Very, very nice to hear from you. It's been over 5 years since I started EQ1 so I guestimated that many have moved on and/or had RL take over. Elyhim married! I'd love to contact him and send my regards. He was such a great guy (even for an elf!)

I gave my old EQ1 account to a friend and have no idea if he's still playing it or not.

I'll check out the other forums as you mentioned.

Good to hear from you. I'm still on EQ1. Walkers in EQ1 is small but efficient. Maybe we will see you in EQ1. Have fun with EQ2.

Wow it has been a very long time.I think i was on the last time you logged back in one night to say hi. or maybe it was a post. My brain isn't what it use to be.

Glad to hear you have some free time again and would love to meet up on one of the MMO's. I have EQ 2 with the free trial still. never have played it yet so will give me a reason to try it out. I currently have subscriptions running for 5 MMO's, EQ 1 never will stop this account,

WoW, City of Villians, Dark Age of camelot and SWG. So where ever you end up i should be able to meet up with you. and if you pick a server i am already on i will try to help you get started if the chars aren't broke and if so may have some gear laying around.

I bought a bundle with SWG, EQ1 & 2 in it and a couple other games . Matrix and Planetside for like $ 15.00. figured it was a cheap way to upgrade my SWG account with the missed expansions and try the other ones for free basicly.

Hows canada treating you ? if your still living there or i may have that all wrong.

Well send a PM or post times and servers here and i will try to catch up to you. My MMO time has been slight lately due to a comp problem and some meds my doc put me on. but i hope to get back into it now since the comp is finally back up and i got my dose lowered on one of the nasty lil meds.

I still remember my first language lesson i got in EQ from you at the LoIO/Frontier Mountains zoneline when we first met. Enough rambling , time to reinstall EQ 1 again. My new comp dumped the OS on me right after i finally got everything installed and have to reload everything again.

Also great to see how you got some very old friends to post here also.

Maybe one day we will all get together again in game or another one.
I really miss the Walkers of Old we had some great times together.

Dearest fellow guildees,

Soooo great to hear from everyone. I truly miss the Walkers (and our friends in our sister guilds) from the halcyon days of EQ1. Being a Walker was the highlight of MMOs for me. The people were the bestest of the best.

Produs: Ah, yes. The Lake of Ill Omen. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy....or more fun.

I briefly played WoW with Whizbang, Pedi, and some other former Walkers and while fun, the game itself just didn't grab me. I didn't care for a lot of the content nor the general WoW game community.

I still keep in touch with Alphonse (as he's my goodly friend). He played CoH and WoW and has gotten a new system and have no idea what he's playing. But he's been super-busy as his online website, www.avatarsonline.net is going extremely well for him. I urge you all to check it out! He writes and draws this strip although it's been a while since his last update I think MANY Walkers will recognize most of the characters!

I'm playing EQ2 when I can. Playing on the RP-Antonia Bayle server. I'm a lvl 21 (and slowly climbing) wizard so if anyone wants to join me, shoot 'Abinsuran' a tell...
