I consider OoW to be the best expansion yet for the rating of gear and exp for the widest range of players and the ease at which to get it.
While having some challenging encounters.

They kinda made some weird decisions when it comes to primary stats on some of the OOW ornate, and an ENC, I"m missing my charm!
