Yo! I'm baaaaAAACK! I ran into a buddy from the Walkers yesterday at a picnic, he mentioned EQ and my wife said, let's go home and play. So we are back. I have to fix my account, it seems I have lost my password. Spazz and Laeena will be back online soon, we missed ya all!

Oh and can I get some access to the private forums??

"I've lost my password! " Don't panic! While your password cannot be retrieved it can be reset. To do this go to the login page and click "I've forgotten my password", follow the instructions and you should be back online in no time.

It would help if I remembered WHAT my email address was when I registered. I have tried them all to no avail.

spaz, you will need to call customer sefvice in Ca, they will ask some questions and need the CC # that was last used for that account. You will need address you used when you first signed up and such.

becuase i have changed my email and somehow my password was reset. So i have gone through that same ordeal.

This is Frustrating. I cancelled my bank account which was the CC I used to pay for my account, so I don't have that card anymore. I am now ON HOLD with EQ Support. They are giving me a hard time. Saying I might have to create a new account, which I can't because I used my key already. I really don't want to start all over again. I am going to throw myself off a building.

Jenny - I wish it was as easy as your suggestions, thanks!

See if they will reset your account from all of the keys that you have. If I ever stop playing for awhile and forget my password I know I will be in the same boat because like you I have changed everything about how to contact me since I started playing. (home address 3times, phone number, CC#, email address x4 --- darn spammers)
