Just curious if anyone is into shooters at all? Ive had alot of fun with a free one wolfenstien made thats about 8 maps and unreal2k4 (assult&onslaught)

Theres always the big bad DC (that finally has punkbuster) I like team games, Im not a 1337d00d and I dont like to trash talk Laughing

I let my gun do the talking Twisted Evil

Im just trying to think of other ways to get to know some of you all a little better. We are having tons of fun since meeing up with you and definately would like to meet more of you guys!

lol, I don't play online shooters much since CS, although I'm into Doom3 atm.. but man, that's gotta be the best avatar I've seen in a long time.

Tenri plays an on line shooter and uses voice communication to boot. I dont remember the name of it but send him a message using the guild message tool and I am sure he will get back to you.

I play alot of shooters. UT04/03, UT, Unreal 2 Online, Call of Duty, Battlefield 1942/Vietnam, Medal of Honor, Doom 3, Quake 3, Half-life TFC;DoD, C&C Renegade, FarCry, SoF 1&2, etc. I have a shit load, play a shit load. But i mainly been playing UT04, CoD, Quake 3, Doom 3, and Battlefields lately. Also play Halo every other day or so, but that just with my sisters and RL friends.

I used to love Doom, played a little Counterstrike, but always got my ass kicked since I'm the type who just runs in and shoots $$$$$

teamspeak is the only way to play shooters Smile

I have a server I have been playing with but nothing like a dedicated server (our bandwith is ginormus)

Just let me know if you guys (and girls) wanna get together one night for a game of bullet tag. Unreal has a type of co-op VS bots that would be pretty fun, if not we can hit the servers for some people to frag. Twisted Evil

well counterstrike is the only shooter game i play, and doens't require teamspeak or such... already has its own voice chat program with game... its probably the best online shooting game imo so far... i used to play in leagues also but not anymore...

i say everyone get CS and CAP SOME @SS! or thats how i would say it with my buddies when we play... hey wanna go cap some @ss? lol =p

Those are the games i play and like. I played CS for a year, basiclly from the start, when i remember ya could only find 25 or so servers and it's so fucking over rated. I actually enjoyed it for the first 2 months and then came the influx of fucking assholes into the game. There also tons of cheaters and 9 year olds who think they are the shit. And that fact there are so many cheaters, if ya jump into first have a good kill:death, people automatically say aimbot or wallhack and boot ya ass. I also dislike the fact that people who only play CS and no other fps's, they think they some freaking expert when it comes to playing shooters. I know i'm in the 12% of people played CS and hated it with a passion, so i'll leave it at this about CS. I'm hoping CS Source will be a much needed improvement.

And what is it with teamspeak. FPS's now either have their own built in voice system or have patches out there for them.

what version of CS did you played? you know STEAM pretty much took over with updates and stuff.. no more Valve, although there are some cheats but not as many as before... i know how you feel, been in that probelm before... those damn exploiters really screw teh game =\
