Did I miss something here? My comment to Jenny was referencing the "crappy customer service" wind flowing through this thread. As in... getting service that's just as good as "a robot with detatched arms."

Can I join the burning them down? Qwest has this gig where they sell you a set number of minutes for 20 dollars a month- they also have a 20 dollars a month call anytime anywhere- I told them I hadn't much money- so they sold me the calling card type plan.... I found out today I could've had the other all along- my kids live 4 states away from me... how pissed am I?  Kill the phone company presidents until they get a good one!
