Account Clean-Up Round Two

The following accounts are scheduled for removal for one or any of these three reasons:

1. Account is inactive (was never activated)
2. Account has never been logged on (some of these have post counts, they are the result of the ezBoard import which were never claimed/recovered)
3. Account has not been logged on in the last six months (some were hard calls, but after the account is deleted, they should be able to recreate it with the same name if it was unrecoverable for any reason before now).

Unless there is a response within two or three days about any of the accounts listed below, they will all be deleted before I start round three.

A final note: This is the second of probably three or four rounds of deletions. There are several hundred accounts to sift through and I'm checking several things on each one.
