I'm pretty sure the majority of the map files you'll find (like the ones from maps.eq-toolbox.com) will extract into a maps folder. You'll just want to copy them into your C:\Program Files\Sony\EQ\maps folder, or wherever you have EQ installed.

The Toolbox geek has chaned it around so that the archive is auto-generated now, so I'l need to download it again to be sure, but I'll get back to you on it.

Go to http://www.mapfiend.net/ and click on the All Maps link at the top. Then make sure Sony format is checked as well as zip. Click Download all maps button. On next page, the maps are loaded and ready to download. Click the link and select Save to file option and save to your drive somewhere (I personally have a "Download" folder with an EQ folder inside it for UI's and stuff). Once download is done, go into the folder you saved maps into and unzip to your Everquest/maps folder replacing all and presto you're done. I know some peeps delete all the maps in the Everquest/maps folder first, and it doesn't hurt to do that.
