If you're having trouble trying to find a place to host your sig, you can upload it to your personal gallery, then follow these easy steps:
1. Right-click on the thumbnail of the picture you want to use in your personal gallery and select "Copy Shortcut." (Mozilla folks, tell me what the equivalent is, please!)
2. Click on Profile at the top of the page. Scroll down to your Signature section.
3. Where you want the image to display, you need to type:
4. Use your mouse to put the cursor in between the quotation marks. Once you have the blinking cursor in between the quotation marks, hit CTRL+V on your keyboard to paste the text you copied from the photo album.
5. Click Submit and voila! You've successfully uploaded a picture to your photo album and used it in your signature. |

Since I'm no longer in the members user group, I can't use the Personal Gallery, which is fine, but I also can't view any pictures stored there. They (your sig, and when they're in the "latest picture" box) show up as broken images, and when I use the URL directly it gives me a "not authorized." Not sure if this was intentional, but if I'm right, no one not in the members or higher usergroups can see your signature. _________________ RETIRED 65 Lizard Enchanter |

Hmm, I never thought of that Skeetus.
In light of this bit of logic which I seem to have been fooled with, I'm going to switch around how the private pictures are handled.
Still going to have personal galleries members only, I'm going to enforce that rule because I can't allow random people who register accounts to have their own disk space.
Non-members will still be able to post pics in the public categories.
I'm going to make personal galleries viewable by all people, but only usable my members. I'm then going to add some private categories that only members can see. We'll see how that works. |

I see you are one of those people who writes "Hmm" with 2 m's. I am glad you thought of something new. Indeed we will see how that works . _________________
