Something that has been occasionally bugging me.....

Xanaux Goldenclaw

There are occasional times when my computer just up and switches to "Windowed mode", and I can't get it to switch back to regular full screen by the command "alt enter". The screen just goes black. Then, unless I go change eqclient to read Windowedmode = FALSE and save it, the computer will remain in that windowed mode where I can't switch in and out of it. I have a skin from the eqinterface website, but this problem also happens on my laptop where I have a default skin. Any clues?

Well, I've had that problem, but only on Windows 98.

The official answer from EQ is that its a video driver issue, and they refuse to do anything else about it.

I do know that it might be possible to switch back to fullscreen mode at the "Connect" screen, and that could be a quicker way to get back instead of editing eqclient.ini.

Try stepping your video driver back a version or two to see if it helps.
