played in beta, good concept, found it lacking in the monster department tho, hoped they fixed that, you could walk in a straight line for an hour and not see anything but landscape =x |

Really depend on the part of the world u are in. I had no problem finding mobs, and would say it was even too easy and they are well classified by level. on the startup town, u even have sign telling you were monster are  |

tried it , is good, but not good enough to push aside EQ. Good concept but lacking a bit of content I think. Great for hardcore tradeskillers though I would think.

Agreed the content is a bit lacking, pretty much just the grind right now, however, there has been comments from the Developers that the war is coming, soon.
The premise of the game is 10 years ago, the living races banded together to stop the forces of the undead (the Withered Aegis or WA) and were about to be defeated when some heroic guy blew himself and a large portion of the WA army up along with all of it's leadership. The undead just sort of wandered off after that.
The living races have been trying to recover ever since, they have been pushing back the WA for a while, starting to re-establish town on the frontier. Soon the WA will begin to push back and the war will begin again. Hypothetically in anycase. If it works like it is advertised this could be a lot of fun. If not, well there is always EQ. |
