- Linking to advertisement benefit programs.
- Linking to, adversiting, or quoting any website which auctions or sells items, characters, or services for EverQuest.
- Advertisement of personal web sites with single posts.
- Attacks or personal flames by non-Walkers posters.
General forum rules:
- Stay on topic. Posts in all forums except for General (and in some cases Private) should remain EverQuest-related and even Walkers-related where possible.
- All posts must have relevent post subjects. Moderators are empowered to change improper post subjects.
- Any material that falls under the "Guild-Only" section of the forum is to remain within the guild. Under no circumstances should material be copied, reproduced, or discussed publicly in any fasion without the consent of a guild officer, or the guild leader.
- No personal attacks or flames against guild members.
- Complaints about guild members are NOT allowed. Such posts will be removed accordingly. Use private contact information provided.
- There are only four types of posts allowed in Guild Policy Discussion:
- [Discussion] topics are for ideas that a member wants to discuss.
- [Proposal] topics are for formulated drafts and voting.
- [Q&A] topics are for policy questions, or Q&A topics.
- [Officer Nomination] topics are for the guild leader to nominate members to be officers.
The use of personal names or character names in Guild Policy Discussion is forbidden.
No pornographic or links to pornographic material which includes but is not limited to animated pornography. (The discussion of porn is permitted.)
No discussion of rape, or of content that is extremely sexual in nature.
No offensive racial slurs.
No topics that are used explicitly for post count bumping.
Administrators, moderators, and consensus from the guild all reserve the right to change these rules at any time.
Administrators, moderators, and guild officers reserve the right to use their own best judgement when policing the forum should you "troll" or use offensive behavior while annoyingly staying under the rules.
Walkers members who wish to have multiple accounts registered to the same e-mail address for roleplay purposes may do so, such accounts must be created by an administrator.
Account Purge:
Accounts that have zero postcounts seven days after creation are typically deleted unless there are mitigating circumstances. Also, accounts that have zero postcounts and contain a link back to a search engine or an otherwise illegal web site link per the above rules are typically deleted as soon as an administrator sees it.
Any questions, comments, concerns, or problems with the message board or it's rules should be directed to walkers@eqwalkers.com

We are more than welcome to entertain questions about forum rules.
If your questions are strictly permission-based, check the bottom right-hand corner of the forum listing. There, you will be given each permission that you have depending on where you are in the forum. 99% of the time, these will be the way we want them. As a rule, our permissions are more restrictive than they need to be, and we loosen them where we see them fit, so if you do have any questions about permissions that are set, feel free to ask.
Some simple ones that you should know:
- You must be a registered user (with a valid e-mail address) to post. No exceptions, period.
- You may reply to posts in the Announcements forum. _________________ Sage Shiloch Venzolmes - Arch Convoker - Walkers
