Hello all. If anyone remembers me, I'm the guy that got sent to Iraq, like.. 8 months ago. Well, I'll be here for a year, and when I get back, I've decided that I have more important things to do than play EQ, so I've asked my wife to cancel my account. Heelar will be no more. Unless, one of you want to pick him up and use him as a little bish or whatever. If you do, send me an e-mail at tthompson_1@excite.com, and I'll give him to whoever I like best Twisted Evil
Well, it was a long road, and I was happy to pull it in the Alliance, and the last of it in Walkers. You guys are great. Maybe I'll see about EQ2, maybe not. I know most of these people aren't in the guild (or wheather they still play), but this is my only fairwell, so you gotta deal with it =p
A special Thanks to Riverdane, one of the most selfless guys around. Top notch chap.
A Special thanks to Pavel, without him I'd still be in uber Hard Leather Tunic. Another selfless guy.
Thanks to Kaguera, always was a pleasure.
Thanks to Jazzy, great friend, all the time.
Thanks to.. Stratius, Illy, Whiz, Verdad, Feshnoz, Bon, Sauria, Neff, and probably 5 dozen others I can't think of!

Well, you all take care, and good luck!
(wonder if this still works?)
No, it doesn't, sorry, can't give you one last blast of original fruit. but I think that link down there will taake you to my magelo.

It is so good to hear from you . You and all the other service men and women are in my thoughts and prayers. We have always said that Rl was more important than EQ, and in your situation I think everyone will agree that being with your family will be a top priority when you get home. Please keep in touch if you can and let us know when you return.
Take care friend and return home safely.

Hey dude we miss you, but have been keeping tabs on you thru your wife. Sorry you won't be home until spring, but hopefully that means you won't have to go back!!! Thank you so much for helping to protect what we stand for. Keep your head down! If there's anything you need in way of care packages for you or your unit, let us know & we'll see what we can do. We've started filling boxes for several units at work and will be shipping them off next week so you guys get them in time for Christmas (can't remember which unit, but their based somewhere in Western US).

Hey Travis. You're sorely missed here. I talked to Grace Friday and found out that you weren't coming back til Spring of next year. Keep your spirits up and always keep Gracie focused in your line of sight. I totally understand you leaving the game. Hurry home and settle down with your awesome wife and get to know her all over again. As you have always known, you can contact me anytime if you need anything. *hugs*

Heelar, glad you are well. You have been missed, and several of us have been wondering how you have been doing. I think we understand why you will be leaving EQ. I imagine that the time you must spend in Iraq makes you want to get back to real life all the more. Lets face it, Thats what's important. Be safe over there my friend, and thank you and the other members of our armed services for fighting for our freedoms. Come home safe.

What? I take back everything I said about him. I didn't think you guys would be crazy enough to let that freak Riverdane back in the guild! Instead, replace his name with Rocsalt's and Dene's. Cant' believe I forgot them!
Anyway. I'm happy to say that Suddan will adopt Heelar, so you're not totally rid of him, just me.

Glad to hear you're doing well, and if the urge strikes -- SOE does regular "come back and play for a week free, to get readdicted" e-mails (they just sent one out last week, in fact) -- come by and say hi.

And yeah, I expect many of us will cross paths again later, in EQ2, WoW or something else.

It was good having you, sir.
