OK, using real world swear words and epithets doesn't always make sense in EQ. Now, on Earth, our words started off either scatalogical, sexually or using various dieties' in inappropriate ways.
Given that the plumbing is basically the same in EQ -- as far as we can tell, since there's a suspicious lack of bathroom facilities -- I was thinking of just concentrating on the dieties and how those alive in the cultures of Norrath and Luclin might use their names in vain.
"By Bristlebane's bulging pockets!"
"By Brell's beer belly!"
"By Tunare's stretch marks!"
Obviously, these aren't particularly good, but I was wondering if anyone could come up with better ...
