Have you been able to do this on all of your PCs? I haven't been able to duplicate this at all.
I'm just curious about something.
Goto Tools > Options.
Click on the Advancted Tab.
Under the "Browsing" category, uncheck "Enable third-party browser extentions (requires restart)."
Click Apply, then OK.
Close all Internet Explorer windows, and reopen it.
Now try to duplicate the multiple-window bug. Let me know what happens. _________________ Sage Shiloch Venzolmes - Arch Convoker - Walkers

Well, good news is... your pop-up problem is fixed.
The bad news is... this means your browser is installed with a not-so-friendly adware type program that is causing your browser to act crazy. You MAY want to run Spybot to see if it can find and delete the extention. For now, you've disabled it. Its dormant, but its still there. I'm too tired to give more info at this time, but if you have any other questions, let me know. _________________ Sage Shiloch Venzolmes - Arch Convoker - Walkers
