ROFL!!! Oh man. Though it does alot of damage and look at quick glance to be about a 4damge to 1 mana ratio... the name.. is very funny. I hope they don't keep that name. That would be just wrong.

Jump to Graffe's to see the reason. Someone was complaining that "Frost" is usually less than "Ice" in EQ terms and that the name should be different.

2.25 recast time on 2100 damage. Nice. But it looks like it uses a reagent. Is this right?

Doesn't look like it uses a reagent, unless I miss something. All of our DDs have a 1 1 -1 -1 reagent count in the raw data it looks like
