A spoiler-filled explanation: For those of you complaining that Julia barely got any screen time and wondering how I know what her personality is like, here's my reasoning. A lot can be inferred about Julia from looking about other women that Spike is attracted to in the series (namely Electra) and picking out the specific qualities that he liked in them. Sure, Julia doesn't get much screen time - but she is often mentioned, and her influence is visible in the personalities of both Spike and Vicious.
