BTW, Kim, I've played a tiny bit of Ragnarok. I think I've got a level 6 or 7 character on one of the servers (Loki?), with plans to make him a priest, but I haven't had the oomph to get him up to level 10 yet.

Ick, well, hope it works out. Actually, I hope you can get back to EQ by then I do hope that if RO is released in the US, they find a better translator. I couldn't figure out half the game things 'cause of the horrid Engrish the instructions were written in. But it's got sweet graphics for what is (was) currently a free game.

I am sercertly playing in the japanese server while beta 1 still up... once beta 2 comes out they will ban any ISPs that are no Japanese... so getting my play time there =)... got a lvl 13 swordsman.. with job lvl 10 I beleive lol cant remember...

yeah they look like the FFT chars =)... that is why I fell in love with this game at the beginning =)... heeh its cool and its fun well off to Play Ragnarok see ya all soon around aug 12 or so when I cant play rag anymore ;-p

Kimaru, go in control center and click on "edit PROFILE." You will see a personal picture box -- Enter the URL EXACTLY as below:

http://ro.nitro7.com/html/images/forum/avatar/rag_05.jpg HEIGHT=50 WIDTH=50

And check the "show personal image" box and save the profile. It should work now.

You need to specify the height and width in order to "force" your picture to be the proper size.

For example, my picture on the left is 100x200 so I typed in:

http://www.leopa.com/sexythang.gif HEIGHT=200 WIDTH=100

This is all on one line, btw. It should work just fine once you put in the dimensions of your own picture.
