You'll need to upload the pic, preferrably saved as a .jpeg or .gif file, to some webspace (such as an account at a university, or your ISP, etc.). To upload it, you'll need to use an FTP program, such as CuteFTP or FTP Explorer.

After you've uploaded it, you'll need to find its internet address, or URL, for it to be displayed. If you uploaded it to your ISP account's space, the URL would be something like

http://www.your-isp.com/your-account/image01.gif

That's the standard URL, but to make EzBoards display the picture as an image in your post, you'll need to use EzBoards' own tags, and not HTML.

To make an image appear in a post using EzBoards, you put the correct URL (as mentioned above) in between these tags:

[image]http://www.your-isp.com/your-account/image01.gif[/image]

the [image] and [/image] are display tags, telling EzBoards to show an image at the URL in between the 2 tags. The second tag must be the one with the / , while the first tag must be the one without the / symbol.

Hope this helps! <img src=">

The "your account" was just an example he was trying to give to you.

You have a server to upload the images to, right? Write down the URL of your homepage. For example, my doll picture is located at:

http://www.lby3.com/eq/leopa/sigs/leopard_doll.gif

So if I want to make that doll be my signature at the end of my post, I go into my "control center" of EZboard and select "edit preferences." In the signature box, I type in the following:

<img src="http://www.lby3.com/eq/leopa/sigs/leopard_doll.gif">

BUT if I just want to put up a joke picture or something that is NOT a signature, I would do it in my post and it would look like this:

[img]http://www.lby3.com/eq/leopa/sigs/photo/brat.gif[/img]
