All the Luclin big bosses can apparently drop ornate chain in addition to other stuff. I'm told it drops in Katta and the Deep, for instance.

Yes is was a birthday present, I "thought" it was so I could finally get my horsie and then found out he had other plans. It's put away high out of his reach. Quite funny watching him jump up to reach it.
