It's great to see the character models I don't have turned on. If at all possible, I definitely recommend people upgrade to 512 meg o' RAM. At 256, everything (zoning, etc.) is slooooow, and they recommend that you only turn on 15 of the new character models, so you don't get to see them all.

Personally, I like the whizbang/danny devito with a soul patch look! You guys all look awesome though. I'm gettin RAM tomorrow. Gonna double it to 256! WOOT! Still not great, but it'll be better than what I got, and I'm gettin' it real cheap too, can't beat that.
