OMG.. Primal Avatar can be researched. THAT might make it worth while casting more often forsure. Componentless goodness, mmmmmm. I wonder how much that will go for... previously a no-drop spell, I believe?

A quick question -- is research level restricted like alchemy or say tinkering? I know that you have to be 16 to start, but could say a level 16 enchanter get to 200 research?

Tinkering isn't level restricted other than needing to be level 16 to go over skill 50 (gnomish starting skill) in it.
Of course, the fact that no gnomes had gotten above 200 in skill before Shadows of Luclin added new recipes (despite 250 recipes being in since Velious) says it all -- level restrictions would only make it a tiny bit harder.
